When I built this contraption to fix my yard lights,
my neighbor took it upon himself to change the bulb
one day and WHAM, he fell off. 

Seems to me like he assumed the risk, but, oh well,
I'm probably going to have to PAY !!!  

Sorry about that. This was heavily tested in June, so listen up and let's see if we have it now.
